       Dans cette pièce écrite pour les débutants (début de cycle 1), le tempo andante représente la démarche royale d’un chat se promenant tranquillement.

    L’accéléré suivit d’un ralenti, permettront d’imaginer une courte poursuite peu motivante pour ledit matou. L’interprète pourra s’exprimer musicalement, respectant les « rall », « a tempo », points d’orgue et nuances demandées; la clé d’ut 4ème ligne n’est pas présente. Le rythme simple des noires et blanches donnera le bon balancement de la pulsation du temps. L’accompagnement du piano est simple.

       Interprétation et technique ainsi réunies permettront de vaincre les difficultés représentées et de bien progresser. Ainsi le « ressenti » du musicien se partagera dans un agréable instant musical.

The simple quarter note and half note rhythm give the pulse a swing feeling.
